(formerly Zhejiang Tenglong Shipyard) is a limited liability company approved by the industrial and commercial department with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The enterprise is located on the southeast side of Duloushan in Songmen Town , Wenling City, covering an area of 170 acres with a coastline of 360 meters. 

The enterprise has been recognized by the China Classification Society (CCS) and the French Classification Society (BV) for the construction process, passed the ISO9001 certification of the quality management system of the China Classification Society, and has the Certificate of Accreditation for the Production Conditions of Ship Manufacturing Enterprises in Zhejiang Province (Class II Class I for ordinary steel ships) and the Environmental Pollution Discharge Permit. It is an enterprise that meets the safety production standardization standards in Zhejiang Province. The enterprise has long-term technical cooperation with the technical department of large national shipyards, with 150 intermediate and senior engineers, on-site technical management workshops, and a 150 ton flatbed truck.personnel, 3 shipways of over 50000 tons, and 5 shipways of over 10000 tons. There are more than 20 gantry cranes, 3 of which have a maximum lifting capacity of 200 tons, a fully automatic plasma numerical control cutting and blanking workshop, a workshop for cold processing equipment such as rib forming, large bending and outer plate forming and shearing ，2 segmented processing workshops, 4 painting workshops, 3 pipe workshops, and a 150 ton flatbed truck.

Since its establishment, the enterprise has built various types of bulk cargo ships, multi-purpose ships, engineering sand suction ships, deck barges, containers, entertainment and leisure warehouses, asphalt ships, liquefied steam ships, LPG specialized transport ships, deep-sea ultra-low temperature tuna fishing ships, deep-sea refrigerated transport ships, and various deep-sea fishing ships for various shipping companies , and has also built the first liquid sulfur ship in China. The annual shipbuilding capacity of the enterprise reaches over 100000 tons.
