Product Description
The 4950DWT oil tanker built by Zhejiang tenglong shipbuilding co., ltd., the governing unit of Zhejiang shipping industry association, was successfully launched on platform 7 with the name of "jun Bai 56". the ship was designed by Taizhou science and technology ship engineering design co., ltd. and inspected by CCS classification society. it is equipped with domestic offshore navigation ships with class B ice zone reinforcement. The ship has a total length of 95.90 meters, a width of 15.80 meters, a depth of 7.00 meters, a design draft of 5.95 meters, a design cabin capacity of 5474.92 cubic meters and a design speed of 11.8 knots.
The ship is designed as a continuous single deck with head and tail, cargo hold with expansion deck, double bottom, double hull, with spherical nose head, bilge keel on the bilge of the left and right sides, which is transmitted by a marine diesel engine through a gear box and drives a single machine, single propeller and single rudder tail type ship propelled by a fixed pitch propeller. There are 6 pairs of cargo tanks in the whole ship, and three decks on the tail deck.
The ship's bow floor deck is equipped with a wind-powered rotary cylinder booster system (hereinafter referred to as rotary cylinder sail). Magnus effect is applied to generate auxiliary thrust by driving the rotary cylinder to rotate. When the ship's lateral wind acts on the surface of the rotary cylinder, a pressure difference will be formed on both sides of the rotary cylinder, generating thrust perpendicular to the direction of the wind. The inner tower and the base steel structure transmit thrust to the hull, thereby assisting the ship's propulsion and reducing the energy consumption of the propulsion system. The system has the advantages of safe and reliable, convenient installation, low requirements for deck space, and has a wide range of applications.
The design scheme of the rotating cylinder sail relies on the structural layout characteristics of the "Junbai 56" ship layout, combined with the ship type control line of sight, navigation lights and other design influencing factors, without affecting the original functional attributes of the ship, to ensure the safety performance of the ship, improve the energy efficiency of the ship and reduce carbon emissions. The ship uses the rotating cylinder sail of domestic overlapping wind new energy technology (Tianjin) co., ltd. this product is the first time to be used in China. in the early design stage of the project, considering the factors such as the self-weight of the rotating cylinder sail, the inertial force of the ship movement, the aerodynamic load of the rotating cylinder sail, the load on the ship and the possible wind and snow load, the load on the rotating cylinder sail structure are combined with the force and the working conditions to calculate the harsh working conditions. In addition, it is necessary to calculate the harsh combination of working conditions according to the normal operation mode and self-storage mode of the rotating cylinder sail, so there are many difficulties in the use of materials, structural layout, energy consumption analysis, and the determination of the technical parameters of the rotating cylinder sail. The project organizes experts to carry out several technical demonstrations to determine that the carbon intensity index CII of the ship can be improved. In order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" as soon as possible.
